Our order processing typically occurs on the next working day, with a guaranteed shipment within 48 hours. However, please note that the delivery times may vary depending on the product type. Gold products may take a minimum of 30 days for delivery, while other items typically require a minimum of 20 days. We ship orders on all weekdays, from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. To ensure the quickest and safest delivery, we exclusively utilize reputable courier agencies. While we make every effort to meet delivery timelines, please allow for a potential delay of 0-2 days due to courier load. Although we strive to ship all items in a single order together, there may be instances where this is not feasible due to product characteristics or availability. Please be aware that all items will be shipped with an invoice indicating the price, in compliance with Indian Tax Regulations. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. However, we guarantee to hand over your order to the courier company or postal authorities within 3 working days from the date of order and payment or as per the agreed-upon delivery date at the time of order confirmation.
